Let's talk numbers. In 2024, I crafted and published 859 posts. We saw a net audience growth of 15.6% along with:
• 5.4 million impressions (a 12.5% increase from the previous year)
• 371,177 engagements (a 9.1% increase from the previous year)
• 23,378 post link clicks (a 131.4% increase from the previous year)
CONVENTION 2024
After months and months of prep for Kappa’s 75th Biennial Convention, we saw all our work come to life and it's safe to say Convention dreams come true.

Over 600 attendees joined us in Phoenix to celebrate our Diamond Jubilee Convention and to conduct the business of the Fraternity. It kicked off in a lavender haze and the fun and sisterhood carried on through our Rah! Rah! dance party all the way to our dreamy Candlelight Dinner.

In addition to brainstorming the theme, ensuring it was carried out in every aspect of the event, pitching on-site experiences, and content creation (hello hundreds of event marketing emails), I had the opportunity to spearhead Kappa’s first-ever Instagram broadcast channel — from getting creative in the brainstorming and planning stage to executing ideas and managing the channel on the ground. WEBSITE REBRAND & REPLATFORMING
In support of the "one Kappa" vision, the organization launched a freshly-designed website during my tenure at Kappa, enhancing the online member experience while delivering unique, AI-based content for each audience visiting the site. A handful of years later, we re-platformed the website, further enhancing our capabilities to uniquely serve members. Content and visuals connect with users to share Kappa's purpose and guide their path for future decades of women who dream boldly and live fully.
WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS
Looking for new and innovative ways to build connections and support it's members during the time of social distancing, Kappa Kappa Gamma launched the Wellness Wednesday campaign. This six-part series invited industry experts to the virtual stage to help viewers navigate their mental health and well-being, during this difficult time and beyond. ​​​​​​​
Weekly social posts introduced the upcoming topic of discussion reminded followers to watch the livestream and round-up emails were sent every Friday, sharing an anecdote or quote from the episode and providing some key takeaways. 
THE GIFT OF KAPPA
Celebrating 150 years of sisterhood is no small feat. With our 2019 holiday card, we wanted to incorporate the Sesquicentennial theme, highlighting the gifts of Kappa Kappa Gamma throughout the years. In order to do so, we created an expanded version via email that shared pieces of history and wished all members happy holidays.
