A VOYAGE OF DISCOVERY
When Kappa’s six trailblazing Founders began their voyage of discovery, they created a sisterhood that has inspired women around the world to learn and grow for over 153 years. Our members embody their spirit to this day as they dream boldly and live fully. We partnered with Fairwinds Estate Winery in 2022 to launch The Fleur Napa Valley, giving members a unique way to toast to our sisterhood of blue and blue. The Fleur Napa Valley and The Fleur Wine Club offer a unique opportunity for alumnae to continue their voyage of discovery (this time into the realm of Napa Valley wine) and to celebrate the sisterhood that has outlasted their collegehood days.
THE DETAILS
I helped launch The Fleur Napa Valley brand and contributed to the brand look and feel as well as the brand voice. Since its creation, I've been championing the brand, ensuring the voice aligns with that of Kappa, and providing a key perspective on how to weave the stories of our sisterhood into each varietal design, copy, emails, etc. I brainstorm and pitch the varietal names, stories, and bottle designs. I craft promotions, magazine ads, social, and more.
LET'S GET SOCIAL
I own the creation, management, and publishing of all social media content for The Fleur Napa Valley. When it comes to social, I like to have fun with our posts by featuring The Fleur in everyday settings (like poolside soirees or holiday parties) and continuing a fan-favorite series of *slams laptop shut.* For this popular series, we use photos from our archives to showcase that Friday feeling when all you want is a crisp glass of white wine, or, hey, maybe a big bold pour of red is more up your alley. We have a lot of fun creating this content, so be sure to check it out.
A MOMENT FOR THE ADS
In 2024, I wrote, designed, and produced the two Fleur Napa Valley magazine ads featured in The Key.
In our Spring 2024 issue of the magazine, I wanted to feature The Fleur in a timely way. With spring upon us and summer right around the corner, what better way than to highlight love and weddings? It’s prime wedding season, after all. Our goal was to inspire readers to pop Sapphire, The Fleur Napa Valley’s bubbly, in honor of their love and big day!
When the Fall 2024 issue rolled around, it aligned with the latest release from The Fleur Napa Valley: a 2021 Pinot Noir labeled Owls, Keys and Fleur-De-Lis. With the space for a half-paged ad, I leaned into the unique and oh-so-blue-and-blue label design.

A TOAST TO SISTERHOOD
With every glass of The Fleur Napa Valley raised, we share a toast. It goes a little something like this: Here’s to all who wear a golden key. Whoever they are, wherever they be. Here’s to every Kappa in the land. To every member of our band. Here’s to every chapter in the East or West. Here’s to that Fraternity of them all the best. Kappa Kappa Gamma, here’s to you. Here’s to your dark and your light blue. Here’s to friendship great and true. Oh, Kappa, here’s our toast to you.
